This foundation qualification has been designed to develop the skills of staff and those in training whose role is to deliver quality improvement activities within organisations and in the business sector.
This qualification enables progression to higher level qualifications in Quality Improvement and/or relevant employment.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. Learners should however be at least 18 years of age.
What will i study?
You will learn how to undertake and/or assist small scale quality improvement projects. You will be able to understand and apply a range of quality improvement tools and methodologies and involve stakeholders in quality improvement activities.
