Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
What is food safety and food hygiene? This qualification is designed to provide you with skills, understanding and knowledge of basic food safety practices, which meets the legal basic food training requirements for people that handle food as part of their job or in a voluntary role. This qualification enables you to identify areas to improve food safety in the working environment in which you undertake your role. The qualification is linkd to the National Occupational Standards (NOS).
